Challenge #53 Christmas

Morning ladies,

As Christmas closes in on us, Latinas en America is celebrating it in big with our last project for the year. I wanted to take the time and Thank every one of my design team member, these girls are amazing no matter what they always there for you, true friends, as well as many other wonderful ladies I have met this year.

The sponsor for this week's challenge is the awesome Paper Shelter with a $20.00 Gift Certificate. 

I created a little box that holds Christmas gifts for my co-workers. It's made out of red and green cardstock, tied with a double sided ribbon, I used the Are you Ready my Friend? digi from the Paper Shelter as my main image and added some bling bling.... What do you guys think?

Wrap it up Blog Hop

I created a 4 1/4"x5 1/2" card using white Recollection cardstock, I cut out the trees from a DCWV Christmas pattern paper and wrap my Maraschino Twine around the card and finito :D

So I created a card using white cardstock for my base and Time Spring paper pad from Fancy Pants Designs, spellbinders die and colored Coffee Birguitta from CC Desings... I must say I love coffee... so yeah every morning I have my cup of coffee.... I got coffee... Do You????????

Today is Challenge #57 over at Pattie's Creations Challenge  and the theme is Harvest time or Thanksgiving Holiday. The sponsor for this challenge is Dude Time Doodles and I have used Bountiful Blessing digi.

My recipe for this card is really simple... I used Apple Cider pattern paper from Bobunny a ribbon I had in my stash and I used the Lacey Squares Spellbinders die. I had fun coloring the image I was a bit afraid because it was an elaborate imagine but I managed and it came out pretty at least that's what I think lol.

Latinas en America - Challenge #48

Hello there,

I'm behind on all of my projects but I wouldn't want to let this  day pass without me posting my entry for Latinas en America. This week consists of using checks & stripes with a color combo of blue and yellow.

Time To Celebrate!

Hi there,

Today is a special day for my family it is my  my nephew's birthday! It seems like only yesterday I was holding his tiny body in my arms. Today he's turning 16, oh my how time flies!

I found it funny how Challenge #56 theme over at  Pattie's Creations Challenge is  about birthdays, perfect for today HA!

While this is not a very masculine card (which I fail to create every time) it sure shows that "birthday spirit". This little cat seems to appreciate the true meaning of birthdays as does my nephew. The smallest of things can have the biggest influence on people (like a little cupcake for example). I have grown to be very fond of Copic Sketch Markers in which I use in almost all my cards. The small bow adds to this simple yet heartfelt card.

Scarecrow

Hi ladies,

So today is one of those Fridays... I wish I were anywhere but work or home... Anywho.... it's Challenge #55 over at Pattie's Creations the theme is autumn colors... Here is my project:

I used her Scarecrow digi image which I think it's adorable. I have been so stressed out that when I sit at my desk I don't know what to do it's like my creativity goes away :( but I think it came our wonderful. I colored it with my copics sorry forgot to write down the numbers it seems like I always do that... anyways don't forget to play with us and remember to leave some love.

According to the National Breast Cancer Foundation 1 in 8 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime. And since there is currently no cure, early detection is crucial. You can do this by having yearly mammograms, yearly clinical breast exams, and regular self-breast exams.
